Costs Associated with buying a home...
Setting Expectations
Whether you’re a first time home buyer or haven’t purchased a home in 20 years, much shock and disappointment can be avoided if you understand the expenses that come along with buying a home. We would be happy to sit down with you and go through all costs in detail. Often, we can negotiate for the seller to pay some of these costs. However, it should not be expected. Our goal is to make the home buying process as smooth as possible! If you plan for these expenses upfront, you can avoid costly surprises!

HELPFUL HINTS:
Earnest money is a deposit that is presented with an offer as a show of the buyer’s good faith. If the contract is accepted, the earnest money is deposited with the escrow company and applied towards the buyer’s costs at closing.A typical transaction takes about 30 - 45 days from start to finish.
